Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a Special Programs Instructional Assistant–Bilingual to support student achievement through assisting licensed teachers in planning and implementation of educational programs, including individualized education programs (IEPs). This permanent position requires fluency in Spanish and English.
The role involves working in both general and bilingual education settings. Candidates will also need to meet ESSA documentation requirements. The hourly pay ranges from $23.15 to $29.53 based on the 2025–26 schedule.
