• Current, active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid professional licensure as required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand and address student needs

• Provide expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress using data-driven methods and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating actively in meetings and discussions to support student success
