What You'll Bring:

• Active school psychologist certification and state licensure
• Experience with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Proficiency in Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
• Familiarity with special education eligibility assessments
• Commitment to ethical, culturally-responsive practice
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate MTSS processes and provide guidance on effective interventions
• Coordinate and conduct FBAs and develop effective Behavior Support Plans
• Lead and participate in comprehensive Special Education Eligibility Assessments
• Deliver direct student services as needed, providing social-emotional support and consultation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to support students' academic and behavioral success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to data-driven decision making
