Integrated Programs Specialist
Starting Date: Immediately
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, 205-day school calendar)
Location: Willamette Education Service District Marion Center, Salem, Oregon
Salary: $56,801 to $106,165 per year (based on full-time employment and prorated to start date)
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Implement and coordinate integrated educational programs in alignment with the Oregon Student Success Act and related initiatives.
- Plan and execute continuous improvement processes for program implementation.
- Support grant development, compliance, and reporting as needed.
- Analyze data to inform accountability frameworks in a K‑12 setting.
- Engage community partners and stakeholders, particularly in rural or small school contexts.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hold a valid Oregon Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) license.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in program implementation, planning, or continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate experience working within or with school districts, preferably including small or rural settings.
- Show familiarity with rural education challenges and community engagement strategies.
- This is a licensed position represented by the Willamette Valley Education Association.
- Salary is determined on the Willamette ESD licensed schedule, $56,801–$106,165, commensurate with qualifications and prorated according to start date.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums are paid by Willamette ESD for eligible employees.
