Do you love working with young children and being part of a supportive, family-focused team? We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Aide / Float Teacher to join our preschool family!

As a Float Teacher, you'll play an important role in supporting classrooms throughout the day, building positive relationships with children, and helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. Every day is different, making this the perfect position for someone who enjoys variety and loves helping wherever they're needed.

What You'll Do:

• Support teachers in classrooms with children ages infant through preschool.
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Assist with daily routines, classroom activities, and transitions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Step into different classrooms to provide support and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping every child thrive.

• Willing to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• Meet Oregon Early Learning Division employment requirements.
• Enroll in or currently be on the Oregon Registry
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
