Salem-Keizer Public Schools seeks AVID Tutors to support students through small-group and individual tutorials, using Socratic questioning and collaborative learning to foster college and career readiness. Tutors guide learners across all subjects and help them develop independent study habits and critical thinking in an AVID environment.
Tutors will work with AVID students to reinforce course concepts, provide feedback, and connect with teachers and the AVID coordinator as needed.
