General Information

Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for multiple full-time (40 hours per week) Speech/Language Specialist positions; bilingual Spanish preferred. These positions require a Master's degree or equivalent, and a valid Oregon Speech/Language Pathology license. Successful candidates will work as members of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 190-day calendar. These positions will be based at multiple Willamette ESD sites located in Marion, Yamhill, and Polk Counties.

These positions will begin either July 6th or August 21st, 2026 (depending on caseload assignment).

Salary and Benefits

  • This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) licensed position represented by Willamette Valley Education Association.
  • Placement on the Willamette ESD licensed salary schedule, $67,993 - $98,397*, will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training, experience, and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period . *
