Club Associate

We are seeking an outgoing, service‑minded individual to serve as a Club Associate at Courthouse Club Fitness. The role is the face of the club experience, greeting members at the Coffee Bar, welcoming new members, assisting with enrollment, and resolving billing questions.

• Membership sales and club tours
• Supplemental services, program sales, and support
• Provide information on membership options, fitness options, and club programs/activities
• Process member account payments, billing, and changes
• Communicate club policies and procedures
• Enroll and process payment for guests
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner at the Coffee Bar
• Craft and serve espresso drinks and protein smoothies
• Sell market and retail items through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked Coffee Bar and retail area
• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain club cleanliness to Courthouse standards
• Check windows and doors at entry points; ensure high‑traffic customer spaces are orderly and clean
• Launder, fold, and restock all club member towel services
• Restock paper products throughout the facility
• Clean parking lot spots
• Monitor pool chemical checks throughout the day

• Customer service experience preferred
• Outgoing, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others
• Ability to multitask in a busy, customer‑facing environment
• Comfortable working with POS and membership management systems
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Barista or serving experience
• Experience with fitness membership software and/or food & beverage software
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and community
