Investment & Asset Operations Coordinator
Location: Southern New Hampshire (Open to NH, MA residents)
Type: Permanent
Base salary: $85,000–$150,000

Hybrid schedule - MA residents:
Onsite, 5 days per week
A growing trust company in Southern NH is seeking an Investment & Asset Operations Coordinator to support trust operations and cash processing. We are looking for a five-plus-year professional coming out of a trust operations environment with specialized experience in investment operations, securities processing, and alternative assets. This individual should bring strong client-facing exposure from a bank, family office, law firm, or trust company and be comfortable serving as a key point of contact on complex investment and asset-related matters.
Job Summary- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex investment and asset-related matters.
- Complete initial and annual investment reviews and maintain supporting documentation.
- Process, reconcile, and resolve trade activity for marketable securities and mutual funds.
- Manage timely and accurate asset transfers, free deliveries/receipts, reconciliations, and maintain accurate tax lot and cost basis records.
- Administer alternative and non-marketable assets, including transactions, valuations, pricing, and income processing.
- Support investment governance through meeting preparation, minutes, and portfolio reporting.
- Collaborate across departments and with service providers to enhance operational efficiency and client service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in trust operations, investment operations, securities processing, and alternative assets.
- Familiarity with fiduciary responsibilities and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; experience with trust accounting systems and custodial platforms preferred.
