Job Overview
Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. They build, develop, and manage relationships with business clients, providing financial expertise and client‑centric solutions to support their success.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust and deep understanding of client banking needs.
- Obtain and process client and account information while educating clients on available deposit and loan products.
- Recommend financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs, driving deposit growth, loan generation, and fee‑based production.
- Act as the primary advisor for business clients, delivering financial expertise and client‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to manage client relationships and streamline solutions.
- Adhere to a hybrid/flexible schedule: in‑office presence of at least three days per week with flexibility to work outside the office for the remaining days.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, credit policy and procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting; commercial credit training preferred.
- Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Broad knowledge of bank products and services, enabling identification of appropriate opportunities for clients.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Business acumen across diverse industries, markets, and financial concepts.
