UKG is hiring a Director, Product FP&A to act as a strategic business partner to the Product team. You will build financial infrastructure enabling Product GMs to drive short-term results and long-term growth across pricing, portfolio decisions, and invest/allocate resources.
You will report to the VP, Finance and collaborate with Product leadership to prioritize roadmaps, forecast multi-year growth, and translate insights into actionable strategies for scale.
