Rate Coordinator Analyst – Developmental Disabilities Services

• Manage and support rate models used to establish payment rates for agency providers delivering services.
• Provide expertise in budgeting and financial management.
• Lead key policy and operational activities related to ODDS rate models.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to support development and improvement of rate models.
• Develop and provide training and technical assistance to staff.

• Six years of progressively responsible experience that included the preparation, analysis, and administration of a budget or fiscal system.
• Experience must have included modeling and forecasting fiscal information.
• Education in Business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related degree may substitute for experience based on specific conditions.
• Demonstrated experience applying comprehensive principles and practices of fiscal management.
• Experience developing and utilizing reports and personal computer applications to forecast and monitor financial information.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and data query software.

Demonstrates expertise in budgeting, financial management, and rate modeling, with a strong ability to communicate complex fiscal information to diverse stakeholders. Proficient in developing training and providing technical assistance to enhance operational activities related to financial systems.
