** This position will provide CCS support and investigative services primarily at Oregon State Correctional Institution (OSCI) and Santiam Correctional Institution (SCI) in Salem****.
*** Ability to maintain Inspector-level CCS access, manage staff profiles, audit complaints, and track system updates.
* Skilled in training staff on CCS portal use and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
* Competence in monitoring and analyzing AIC communications (mail, email, calls, video) to identify misconduct or criminal activity.
* Experience collecting, verifying, and disseminating intelligence to support safety and security operations.
* Ability to respond to major facility incidents and collaborate with Intel, STM, SIU units, and other stakeholders.
* Proficiency in maintaining CCS records, handling subpoenas and record requests, and safeguarding sensitive information.
* Ability to analyze large volumes of CCS and intelligence data, identify patterns or trends, and prepare clear, concise reports for decision-making and investigative purposes.
