Salem Housing Authority is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to handle eligibility determinations, income certifications, and compliance for our affordable housing programs. You will interview residents, complete certifications, maintain files, and ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and agency regulations for PBRA, LIHTC, HOME, and related programs. Work from satellite offices or in-office locations, with typical hours 7:30 A.M.
to 4:30 P.M. Monday–Friday.
