Benefits To You- We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees, including mental health coverage.

The 10th Judicial District, which includes the Union County Circuit Court in La Grande, Oregon, and the Wallowa County Circuit Court in Enterprise, Oregon, is hiring a Treatment Court Program Manager (Program Manager). This position will oversee treatment court programs in two locations with their primary office located in the La Grande court offices. This position will be expected to travel frequently to the Enterprise court to provide program support at that location.
In this role, you will meet with treatment court applicants, provide information about the program, perform intake services, and use screening tools to determine eligibility for the program. You will oversee the delivery of program services including referrals, orientation, case planning, and case tracking. You will develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, goals, and standards. You will maintain accurate records of participant files, testing records, and program data and will produce a variety of reports.
You will attend court sessions and document appearances and actions taken at each hearing. You will ensure that graduation events are properly planned and resourced to recognize participants’ achievements. You will also identify barriers to program participation and recommend and implement strategies to improve participant access and program outcomes.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this position. You will foster strong working relationships with program participants, court staff, other OJD staff, service providers, behavioral health partners, community partners, district attorneys, defense attorneys, law enforcement and corrections staff, the federal government, and other agencies.
