AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist available for the 2025/2026 school year.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a related field.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stand or sit for extended periods, see and read printed and digital materials, hear and understand speech, and communicate clearly.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.

Job Description:

Caseload and classroom details vary by school location. Recruitment Specialists will discuss specifics upon application to match you with the suitable classroom and position. The contract is through the 2024/2025 school year, with a 37.5 to 40-hour workweek aligned with the school calendar.

Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to support students in improving communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

• Identify students needing speech or language services and develop tailored interventions.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using curriculum-based materials and report progress.
• Supervise support staff, collaborate with educators, and implement communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Assess individual needs, develop personalized plans, and align with curriculum goals.
• Model appropriate behavior, uphold values, and foster character development.

Salary: $2,437.50 - $2,625.00 per week
