Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Salem OR 97301
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension
Pay Rate : $65-$75/Hr
Role & Responsibilities:- Dispense and verify medications from central pharmacy to automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs).
- Monitor cold storage for vaccines and parenteral agents.
- Manage controlled substances, including auditing and reporting.
- Review medication orders for appropriateness, duplications, and interactions.
- Provide drug information and perform medication history reviews.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication management.
Qualification:
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and controlled substances.
- Preferred: experience with EHR systems and ADCs (Omnicell).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
