Speech Language Pathologist - Providence Home Health

Job Description:
The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program OR Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- Coursework/Training and Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need.
- Upon hire:
Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Occasionally a position will require specialized speech/language pathology experience to meet a particular department need.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
