This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist providing evaluation, treatment, and education to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting bedside swallow evaluations, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with staff, and educating residents, families, and team members.
Requirements- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure
- Preferred CCC-SLP certification; CFY considered
- Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
