Physician’s Choice Home Health, a leading provider in the home health care industry, seeks a dynamic and passionate Marketing Representative to join our dedicated team.

• Develop, manage, and grow referral relationships throughout Salem and surrounding Marion/Polk County areas.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Physicians and medical groups, Hospitals and discharge planners, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living and Residential Care Facilities, Case managers and community healthcare organizations.
• Educate referral sources on Physician’s Choice Home Health services, admission criteria, and clinical programs.
• Actively manage territory with structured call planning and consistent in-person visits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly referral and census growth goals.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions and high satisfaction.
• Track referrals, activities, and outcomes using CRM and internal reporting tools.
• Represent the organization at community events, healthcare networking functions, and professional meetings.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal and Oregon state regulations, including anti-kickback and referral laws.
• Serve as a professional ambassador of Physician’s Choice Home Health in the Salem market.

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Knowledge of home health eligibility, referral workflows, and payer sources.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships in a competitive healthcare market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Salem territory.
• Preferred:
  Existing referral relationships in Salem, Marion County, or Polk County.
• Experience working with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, or discharge planning teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare marketing metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
