Your role with us

As an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, you will work with a diverse adult caseload, including individuals with neurological conditions, functional limitations and chronic conditions. Our outpatient team is committed to one‑on‑one treatment sessions, delivering high-quality, individualized interventions that empower patients to achieve their goals, improve daily function, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

• Provide thorough, evidence‑based evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to outpatient functional goals.
• Deliver goal‑oriented interventions focused on neuromuscular rehabilitation, upper extremity function, cognitive and perceptual retraining.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of providers—including PT, Speech, physicians, and care coordinators to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, strategies, and resources to promote long‑term success and self‑management.
• Document clearly and communicate professionally to support smooth patient flow, team collaboration, and high‑quality outcomes.

• Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

• Successful candidate will have clinical experience in the practice setting.
