Com For Care Home Care is seeking a part-time Community RN to support elderly and medically fragile clients in Marion, Polk, Linn/Benton counties. You will set appointments, manage case load, and provide light hands-on care with flexible hours in a home-based setting.
The ideal candidate is an Oregon-licensed RN with several years of experience in case management and delegations, preferably in home health care, and must pass background and drug checks.
