Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, independence and choice, observing residents’ physical and mental conditions and reporting changes to supervisor;
Assist with or perform activities of daily living (ADLs), take vital signs and weights, and document care provided and observations; report incidents immediately;
Assist residents to and from dining room and participate in activities;
Perform first aid and initiate emergency procedures as required;
Greet residents, visitors, and staff and answer phones when assigned
