Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a pharmacist for a flexible, per diem role in Salem, Oregon. You will support safe, patient-centered medication therapy across ambulatory care settings, collaborating with providers, nurses, and care teams while supervising pharmacy staff.
The position requires a PharmD (or Bachelor of Pharmacy) and BLS certification within two months of hire;
Pharmacy Residency is preferred. Shifts are variable and coverage is as needed.
