The Advanced Recovery Systems family seeks a Behavioral Health Manager (BHM) to supervise around-the-clock BH staff in a large residential setting. You will oversee daily client activities and ensure a welcoming, recovery-oriented environment.
Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Supervisor on performance reviews, staffing, and adherence to clinical goals, while coordinating with HR and other departments to meet regulatory requirements and support patient outcomes.
