Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant within our therapy team at Tierra Rose located in Albany, OR.

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological and cardiopulmonary
• You will provide physical therapy services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication, under the direction of a physical therapist

• Associates degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Current state licensure
• We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist

• One year of experience as a PTA
