RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Salem,OR area. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.

• Shift details:
  Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week:
  Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Contract length: 2026–2027 school year

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

• Required:
  
  Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

  SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)

  Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
• Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
