Solista Salem by Cogir is seeking an on-site Hospitality Manager to oversee reception, dining services and housekeeping, working with the Executive Director to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and families. You will recruit and train staff, maintain service quality, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the community.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retirement housing or hospitality leadership, strong computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook), and excellent communication.
