The Growth You Help Provide

This is a full-time human services position, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to support job seekers. As an Employment Consultant, you'll coach job seekers, build employer relationships, and create solutions to overcome employment barriers. You'll mentor workplace skills, track progress, and support individuals through personalized plans. Your hands‑on work will be impactful and rewarding, whether celebrating a new job or helping others navigate challenges.

IDEAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT
  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, counseling, human services, business, or related fields or 1+ years of experience with job‑seeking, coaching, leading, training‑related, or working in disability services. Transferable skills include customer service, barista/bartending, networking, and coaching experience are highly translatable.
  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Passionate about service and a desire to support others to achieve their goals
