Mule Soft Architect
Location: Columbus, IN.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise, specializing in Mule Soft and other integrations. The role requires a strong foundation in data standards and data quality, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of Mulesoft integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Define and govern the end to end integration architecture using Mule Soft, including API led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers), ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide hands on technical leadership by setting Mule Soft best practices, conducting design and code reviews, establishing reusable assets, and ensuring adherence to performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Oversee the implementation of data standards and data quality measures to maintain the integrity of data.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all Mulesoft solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations and data quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations, data standards, and data quality processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Participate in the planning and execution of testing and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft integrations to ensure efficient data processing.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team success and innovation.
Must have Cloud, API, API Management, SOA, ESB, REST, Mule Soft API Management, API security solutions such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, Multifactor Authentication, Security, SAML, Cloud Hub 2.0 and RTF

Salary and BenefitsApplications will be accepted until 02/27/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000– $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
