Position: Customer Service Acct Mgmt Cons 4- Support (Outside CA)

Overview

As a Principal Technical Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing the client relationship for Oracle Health Hosting clients. You will be the primary customer contact and act as an escalation point for client issues, engaging with the various Oracle teams to drive and resolve issues. You will closely coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to execute client vision and contractual objectives.

You will assist with preparing client agendas and leading the weekly client meetings. Provide on-call support for incident management and client communications for all critical incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Main contact for Oracle customers. Manages the contract or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS).
  • Develops and maintains relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.
  • Plans and deploys support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints.
  • Advises the account on effective and efficient ways to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures.
  • Assures and improves the quality of the service, and maintains accurate account information.
  • Communicates opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle, such as technical events and business seminars.
  • Assists in the renewal of Support contracts and contributes to pre-sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a customer-facing technical account manager or similar role with exposure to enterprise clients.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client expectations and escalations.
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of Oracle support services and products is advantageous.
  • Career Level – IC4 (as listed in the posting).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.

    Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
