Monday–Friday; 8AM–5PM PST
Location:
Fully Remote; PST hours required
The User Experience (UX) Designer 5 will play a key role in designing and delivering user-centered digital experiences for enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent UI/UX solutions. The position focuses on wire framing, prototyping, and maintaining unified design systems that support adoption and engagement across complex digital ecosystems.
Job Description- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate business priorities into intuitive design solutions
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to gather user requirements and define design direction
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and other UX tools
- Maintain consistent design language, layouts, interactions, and branding across platform features Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise-scale digital products
- Advanced experience with Figma, wire framing, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong UI/UX design experience on complex, large-scale projects
- Ability to collaborate in matrixed organizations across multiple teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of design consistency, usability, and branding standards
- Ability to design mobile-first user experiences
Bachelor’s degree required
