* Advanced knowledge and experience with parallel data governance and data stewardship.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing data warehouses, including comprehensive planning, requirements gathering, and development of data definitions, policies, and standards.
* Experience developing performance metrics and benchmarking; data mining and statistical analysis; an infrastructure for strategic reporting, planning, and data visualization; and strategic processes that allow the hospital to be data driven,
* Skilled in ensuring data quality, integrity, and effective data management through robust governance practices.
* Experience in project management utilizing project management methodologies.
* Proficiency in SAP Crystal Reports, Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Tableau.
* Experience consulting with executive leaders and managers to develop program goals and priorities.
* Must have experience with the development and management of data warehouse environments.
* Extensive experience using a wide variety of quantitative and statistical methodologies as well as general sociological, demographic, and research design.
