Job Title:Business Analyst IV
Location:
Salem, OR/Hybrid Duration: 6+ Months RFP Development / Vendor Solution Evaluation
- Support development of RFP and scoring criteria
- Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost)
- Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance
- Document findings and provide recommendations
- Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goals
- Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items
- Facilitate meetings as needed
- Support configuration of solutions to meet business needs
- Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations
- Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams
- Support sprint sessions and releases
- Validate RTM against deployed sprints
- Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity during migration processes
- Prepare and maintain project and training documentation
- Provide support for other projects as required
