Job DescriptionAs a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our data center operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the development and implementation of data center facilities projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet industry standards.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to plan, design, and execute these projects efficiently. Your expertise in data center infrastructure and facilities management will be instrumental in optimizing our data center environments, enhancing performance, and ensuring the highest levels of reliability and security.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage data center facilities development projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project objectives with business needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee design and implementation of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment, services, and maintenance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure data center facilities meet operational requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize data center energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and key performance indicators.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
