Job Title
Technical Support Specialist
LocationSalem, OR (Fully On-site)
Pay Range$17/hr
Responsibilities- Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings
- Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner
- Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
- High school diploma or GED
- Drug test and background check required
- Must have open availability - 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site
- Technical Support Experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
- Full time hours
- Temp to hire
- Weekly pay
- Overtime available
