As an IT Support Associate II, you will support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographical area that spans multiple technical disciplines.

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Travel within your local or regional area to support our customers.

• 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

The base pay for this position ranges from $44,000 per year in our lowest geographic market to $91,800 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional elements such as equity, sign-on payments, and other compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
