• Experience with large-scale modernization / enterprise initiatives
• Requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, document reviews & research
• Business process mapping Current State / Future State
• User Stories, Business Rules & Functional Requirements
• Requirements Traceability & Documentation
• UAT Test Cases, Testing & Validation
• SOPs & System Documentation
• Training Materials & Implementation Support
• Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Management
• Project / Change Management experience
• Relational or Cloud-Based Data Platforms
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Data Governance / Privacy / Security

• Gather, analyze and translate stakeholder needs into actionable business requirements.
• Develop process diagrams, user stories, business rules and functional documentation.
• Create and maintain current-state/future-state process maps and SOPs.
• Prepare UAT test cases, document results and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support implementation, training and change-management activities.
• Collaborate with program teams, senior analysts, technical teams and vendors.
• Support modernization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
