The Oregon Department of Human Services seeks a bilingual (English & Chuukese) Public Benefits Specialist – Entry to support the Self‑Sufficiency Program, providing in-person, phone, and email assistance to Oregonians and guiding them through the eligibility application process for ODHS, Oregon Health Authority, and Department of Early Learning and Care programs.
Upon satisfying a speaking proficiency test, selected candidates will receive a 5% bilingual differential pay.
