ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll put your bankruptcy trial experience to use as you take on a variety of bankruptcy cases. You’ll assist creditors recover outstanding debts, representing them in bankruptcy court, utilizing legal recourse such as wage garnishment or asset attachment, and negotiating settlements with debtors. Additionally, you’ll counsel businesses on lending practices and debt collection.
Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with your strong research, writing, and analytical skills, will make you a strong contender for this role. This is a hybrid position.
