Domino's is hiring Assistant Managers! This role requires you to manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations during your shift. You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for crew.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Maintain at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; driving required

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, and process orders over the phone and in person. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees, and sharp edges. Requires strong vision, hearing, and sense of depth perception; must handle hot and cold surfaces.

Most tasks performed from a standing position (36–48” high work surfaces). Walking on ceramic tile or linoleum. Lifting bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds. Carrying large cans and pizza sauce up to 30 pounds. Pushing and pulling trays up to 24–30 inches. Climbing stairs or ladders. Forward bending and stooping for 30–45 seconds, repeated during the day.

• Reaching:
  Continuous reaching above and below 72”, forward and down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; shaping pizza dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, and handling pizza boxes.
• Machines and tools:
  Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza equipment.

• Deliver products by car; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record; access to insured vehicle.
• Navigate delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking, climbing, and driving.
