The purpose of this position is to receive, review, edit, and issue controlled inventory to various cost centers. Provide support for receiving, issuing, inventorying, and distribution of all stocked General, Office, Forms, Medical, Clothing, Laundry/Linen items and also nonstock items. This position will assist in all other assigned areas within the Warehouse as needed.
Minimum Qualifications- Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license.
- Experience in a warehouse setting.
- Experience receiving and inspecting items, verifying quantities received from purchasing documents, and ensuring all items meet order specifications.
- Experience maintaining adequate space for warehouse stock and supplies.
- Experience providing accessibility to supplies and maintaining storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Experience filling and completing tasks focused on material requisition daily.
- Experience keeping team up to date with low inventory inquiries, product expiration dates, and locations of products.
- Experience assisting in the moving of all supplies, equipment and furniture.

1) based in Salem, Oregon. - This is an in‑office position.
- Employment is contingent upon a criminal records check and a driving records check that meets OHA criteria at the time of hire and throughout employment.
- The salary listed is the non‑PERS qualifying range. If the successful candidate qualifies for PERS, the salary range will increase by 6.95%. For more information, see the Classification and Compensation page.
