• Painting experience preferred but not required
• Doing paint touch ups throughout our campus
• Taping off and masking
• Minor sheet rock repair and taping
• You will be working in the public area so safety is essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required if driving is an essential function of the position.
• One year of commercial painting experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of related experience and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

The position requires the ability to observe and respond to work-related conditions and safety needs, including assisting with resident evacuation procedures as assigned and within the employee’s role and training. This role also requires the ability to manage ordinary workplace stress and may involve regular interaction with residents in healthcare settings and possible exposure to communicable illnesses, blood or body fluids, cleaning chemicals, challenging resident behaviors, and unpleasant odors
