This position’s primary purpose is to provide oversight to the
** Budget & Position Management
** functions of the
** Oregon State Hospital.
** This position provides leadership and management of OSH’s budget by planning, organizing, and overseeing budget preparation, execution and monitoring. This position is responsible for the development and execution of the budget process, position management and hospital-staffing plans. This position makes recommendations to and collaborates with the Business Services Director, Deputy of Finance & Administration, and the Chief Financial Officer to meet the financial strategic objectives of the Oregon State Hospital.
