Grounds Supervisor - Maintenance

Overview

Grounds Field Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and supervisory oversight of district-wide grounds, landscaping, and athletic field operations to ensure safe, well-maintained outdoor environments that support student learning, school operations, and community use. The position oversees daily and seasonal work activities for year-round and seasonal grounds staff by assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring work; providing technical guidance; enforcing safety and quality standards; and coordinating response to planned, unplanned, and emergency service needs.

Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Services, the role serves as the primary field-level coordinator for grounds operations and collaborates with Facilities leadership, school administrators, contractors, and regulatory partners to support efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuity of operations across all district sites.
