General
Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for the support, training and coordination of activities of the residential personnel and management of daily operations and services, to serve people with developmental disabilities. This position will identify and monitor program needs, create, plan, and implement training programs, processes, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs in their designated location sites. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.
Status: Exempt - Full Time 40 Hours
Starting salary: $4678.26/mo
Salary Range: $4678.26 to 5919.33
Shift information: Monday-Friday (some weekends)
Location: Salem
Reports to: IDD Housing Services Program Manager
Requirements:
- Five (5) years combination of education and experience in human services field with at least two (2) years of work experience in a position that included supervisory and training responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced decision-making skills.
- Must have a current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record, with the ability to get from work site to work site in a timely manner.
