Leadership Role | Company Vehicle | Monthly Bonus Potential | Growth Opportunity
We are a growing environmental and asbestos abatement company looking for a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, support business growth, and help drive our continued success.
As our General Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and project coordination
- Meet with clients and prepare project estimates
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals
- Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards
- Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation
- Help grow the business through networking and relationship development
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
Preferred Experience:
- Estimating, Operations, or Project Management experience
- Leadership or team management experience
- Construction, restoration, environmental services, mitigation, or asbestos industry background preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, customer-service mindset
- Microsoft Office & computer proficiency
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus

Compensation:
$6,000- $7,000/month, including performance and revenue monthly incentives.
