Tech9 is looking for a hands-on manager to oversee daily operations in residential care, support staff, and ensure quality person-centered care for adults with brain injuries. You will lead a team, manage hiring and compliance, and develop operational plans while ensuring that the team adheres to organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services or a related field, with at least 2 years of management experience in a similar setting. Experience with behavior plans and residential care is preferred, along with familiarity in using Microsoft Excel.
