We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a waste, recycling, transfer, or materials recovery facility (MRF) in the Pacific Northwest. This role is responsible for safety, operational performance, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and financial results.

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
• Monitor productivity, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost controls.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in waste, recycling, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or industrial operations.
• Strong background in safety, operations management, and team leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Starting Salary: $150,000+
