Salary: Starting at $150,000+ annually B

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a waste, recycling, transfer, or materials recovery facility (MRF) in the Pacific Northwest. This role is responsible for safety, operational performance, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day facility operations and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
- Monitor productivity, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost controls.
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in waste, recycling, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or industrial operations.
- Strong background in safety, operations management, and team leadership.
- Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Starting Salary: $150,000+
