The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a Living Unit Manager – Youth Facility Supervisor 2 to lead the daily operations of a 24/7 close-custody living unit. This role supports the Superintendent and supervises staff responsible for safety, security, supervision, and treatment of adjudicated youth.
The position requires experience with high-risk youth, coaching and staff development, and the ability to manage programs, processes, and PbS/PREA compliance in a demanding correctional environment.
